Am I suppoused to pay for something?
No, you don't have to pay for server functioning, but any, either small or big supplying fee will help.

Is it legal?
If your client is bought properly, then yes. (All server software is legaly licensed)

What rate is on our server?
We ar standing up on blizz-like philosophy - that means 1-muplicator. So expect loot by www.wowhead.com, same reset time and EXP as on official servers. There are no special ports, mounts or any other items in game. Only inn port .st (.start) works.

What does "Private server" mean?
There is a requirement to be member of club to play on our server. Ask for membership by application form here

Game problems

Something on my game is wrong
First, try to look in FAQ, then on our forum. Then use google or look for specialized servers like wowhead, and if you find nothing, create new topic in Hlášení chyb ve hře i jinde na našem fóru.

Message: Unable to validate game version
During connect to our server, a message will show: "Unable to validate game version". This may be caused by file corruption of the file interferenced of another program. Please visit http://www.blizzard.com/support/wow"" This means, that you don't have installed correct patch actually supported by our server. In WoW start screen, look to bottom-left corner to see your actual client version, check actually supported game version on our web mainpage. Where can I get all patches?
Either on our web section Download or on : WowWiki

I have upgraded on too high patch version by mistake, am I suppoused to reinstall all entire gamea?
No, just do a downgrade - delete from subfolder Data of your game these files: patch.MPQ and patch-2.MPQ (expected path: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data ) and from its subfolder enUS patch-enUS.MPQ and patch-enUS-2.MPQ (or from enGB files patch-enGB.MPQ and patch-enGB-2.MPQ for Brittish versoin) and then run Repair.exe (again main game folder, for stock C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\ ). Your repair instalation will run, which will downgrade your client to 2.0.0. version Then continue by manual found in here

Message: Disconnect from server
After logging in, client will show a message: Disconnect from server Probably you hit a moment of server restart and noone will connect. If you can't log in for longer time (more than 3 minutes) and you are sure that other players are logged in (on chat is no one logged in), in "online status" page data are changing, check your firewall settings, or check, if your ports are blocked (3724 / 8085).

I can't connect to game, what must I do?
Check, if you have correct patch (actual patch version is mentioned on web mainpage), then, if you have correct realmlist (any repair instalation will rewrite it on stock path for official blizzard server). If these won't help, get sure that you insert register data of game account, not data of forum account or club membership account!

My item/spell on actionbar/character info/bag are not showed
Probably is something wrong with thing that runs correctly for other players. Try to delete game cache, that means deleting subfolder WBD from CACHE folder (with everything it contains), standart path is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\ with WoW client turned off.

Message: Retrieving character list
After succesfull logging in on game account message will show Retrieving character list, and then nothing happens: Server get frozen. In this status (freeze) will server stay until admin get message and manually reset server.

How can I change my account password?
In game use command .password old_password new_password new_password

My character disappeared!
Create topic in forum section "Obecně vše kolem accountů". and describe your problem. First of all, insert character name and DON'T write your password!

Insert enter .st enter - this will port you to your heartstone inn (does not require Heartstone). This won't work while moving or in combat.

Why is any spell or talent not working for anyone? I mentioned it on forum and nothing happend...
Spells and talents are deeper in core of game server (Mangos), which is still in involving progress.
While we are trying to hold maximal "blizzLike" rate, there are still some game aspects that don't work.
If there is found any unworking spell or talent, it would be good to mention it on forum and everyone may read about it.
If there is problem with database, which can be repaired by GM's, we will try to make it. But if problem is in Mangos core, you must wait for another revision, which could solve this problem.
